The Brief
Den Loungewear had been running a small number of ads on Meta. These had been with limited results and difficult to track/attribute success to these campaigns. They had a strong presence on social media with a robust influencer marketing strategy which was delivering results. No Google Ads, or SEO-work was being done. Difficult to track and attribute sales from all channels.
What we did
We set up precise tracking and attribution to understand customer journeys, and after detailed keyword research, we targeted key opportunities with tailored campaigns. Our preparation for Q4 involved fine-tuning our strategies through testing and optimisation. We also launched a Performance Max campaign to boost Den Loungewear's online presence and split our efforts into more targeted search campaigns for sharper audience engagement.
The Results
Our efforts for Den Loungewear dramatically enhanced their market position, achieving a remarkable 1,638% ROAS and reaching 141,000 people. This broad exposure led to acquiring 622 new customers, setting a solid foundation for future sales through repeat purchases.
